The home is designed with an open floor plan across two levels to maximize the coastal ambiance. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. On the main level, you will find a welcoming living area equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player, alongside a dining area with a convenient breakfast bar and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on this level and share a bathroom; one is a lower king bedroom with air conditioning and sliding doors providing direct beach access, while the second bedroom features one queen and one single bed with air conditioning and a peaceful garden view. The upper level is dedicated to the master suite, which is furnished with a king bed, air conditioning, and its own private bath.

Outside, the property boasts a gorgeous oceanside swimming pool and breathtaking sea views. Guests can enjoy the gentle sea breezes that keep the living areas comfortable and inviting throughout their stay.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated approximately 10 minutes north of Tulum and 80 miles south of the Cancun airport, Casa Cavu is perfectly positioned for exploration. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, with three restaurants, a small convenience store, and a refreshing freshwater cenote just a short stroll away.

Professional cleaning service is provided six days per week, and the home includes essential conveniences such as parking, beach towels, and purified water to ensure a seamless and memorable vacation experience.
