The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to cook up a storm, boasting a cozy dining nook and a comprehensive array of supplies including a Nespresso Vertuo and drip coffee maker, blender, popcorn maker, and crockpot.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort with three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed with a different firmness level to ensure every guest finds their perfect night's sleep:

• Primary Bedroom (Tropical Room): Located upstairs with a soft firmness queen bed, private balcony, 42" TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, and blackout blinds.
• Bedroom #2 (Garden Room): Located upstairs with the firmest queen bed, ceiling fan, blackout blinds, and serene forest views.
• Bedroom #3 (White Room): Located on the main floor with a medium firmness queen bed, blackout blinds, and forest views.

A full main-floor bathroom provides a stand-alone shower equipped with both a rainfall shower head and a detachable handheld wand.

• Rules: No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property (violation results in a $300 fee). No parties or events; maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, monitored by an on-site decibel sensor.
• Pets: Maximum of two pets allowed; must stay off linens and furniture. Additional pets incur a $250 fee.
• Restrictions: No air-conditioning or laundry facilities on-site. Guests must verify current fire bans before using the fire pit.
