The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation with a California King bed featuring a premium mattress, plush pillows, and luxury linens, along with a wall-mounted Smart TV and a spacious closet. The second bedroom provides a restful environment with a Queen bed and high-quality bedding. The layout includes an ensuite full bathroom connected to the primary bedroom and a convenient half bath accessible from the hallway and second bedroom.

Designed for an airy atmosphere, the open-concept living space is flooded with natural light and framed by expansive windows showcasing unobstructed views of the Pacific. Guests can relax in the cozy seating area or enjoy unforgettable ocean vistas from the dining table, which seats up to five. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

Outdoor living is seamless with direct beach access shared only with the lower unit. Guests have access to a private propane BBQ grill and a shared tetherball setup on the beach. For those spending the day in the sun, beach chairs, towels, and gear are provided.

• Parking: One designated spot in front of the garage; additional street parking is free.
• House Rules: No pets, no parties, and strictly no smoking indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM outdoors.
• Restrictions: Minimum booking age is 25. This unit is not suitable for children under 11 years of age.
• Note: Heating is provided, but there is no air conditioning or in-unit washer/dryer. Pack ’n Play and high chair setups are available as paid add-ons.
