Designed for a restful stay, the carriage features 1 bedroom with a snug double cabin bed that serves as a dreamy nook for sleep. A panoramic window opposite the bed offers enchanting and tranquil views of grazing sheep in the nearby paddocks, bringing the serene Welsh countryside directly to you. The layout is completed by 1 bathroom, consisting of a stylish shower room with a sink and WC for your convenience.

Inside, the cleverly designed living space includes a compact yet functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, slow cooker, fridge with freezer box, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, airfryer, and toaster. For intimate meals, a pull-out dining table is ingeniously tucked beneath the bed. Guests can also unwind in the cozy sofa area and watch a show on the television.

- 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum — You have access to the whole unit, but other guests may be staying on the estate. Please be mindful of others, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
- 🧹 Look after the space — Please treat the home with care and help keep it clean and tidy. We really appreciate it!
- 🚫🍕 No food or drinks on the bed — To help keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, we ask that you enjoy meals and snacks at the table or kitchen area.
- 👟 No shoes inside — To keep the floors clean and in great condition, we kindly ask guests to remove outdoor shoes indoors. Feel free to bring along some comfy slippers for a little extra relaxation!
- 🎈 No parties or big gatherings — While we’re happy to accommodate guests attending events like weddings or family celebrations, the property itself cannot host parties or receptions. If you're unsure, feel free to ask—we're always happy to help!
- 🧺 Towels are for indoor use only — Please do not take towels to the hot tub or outside areas. This helps keep them soft for longer.
- 🏊 Pool safety — The outdoor pool is available for guest use from May to October and between 9 am and 7 pm. Please note that it isn’t fenced, so little ones must be supervised at all times when outside. To keep everyone safe and covered by our insurance, the pool is just for the number of guests confirmed on the booking. We kindly ask that their full names be provided during the online check-in. Unfortunately, we're not able to allow unregistered visitors to use the pool. Thanks for your understanding!
- ✨ Hot tub use — For your safety and comfort:
  - No food or drink in the hot tub
  - Please shower before use
  - Do not use glassware near the hot tub
  - Always secure the cover after use to maintain cleanliness and temperature
- 👥 Only the booked number of guests may stay — If you’d like to add someone, just get in touch. We’re happy to help if possible!
- 🚭 No smoking — Smoking isn’t allowed anywhere inside or on the estate grounds. Thanks for keeping the air fresh for everyone. 😊
- 🧼 Before you check out, please leave the property generally as found:
  - 🧽 Wash any used dishes and cutlery, then return clean items to their original place.
  - 🗑️ Put rubbish in the bins provided
  - ✨ Our cleaners will handle the rest—standard cleaning is covered, but excessive mess may incur extra charges.
