This comfortable apartment is situated on the second floor of a recently built three-story building, featuring an elevator for your convenience. The layout is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort, consisting of a dedicated living area with a kitchen and living room, as well as a peaceful sleeping area. For your rest, the home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, including one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a French bed, all served by 1 bathroom. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay effortless, featuring an induction cooktop, hood, combined microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker.
