• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay
• Pets: Allowed with a $75 fee for up to 2 pets (no cats). Unannounced pets incur an additional $100 fee
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited; violations result in a $200 fine
• House Rules: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles only), no rearranging furniture, and no unauthorized parties
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Scheduling: Late check-outs or early arrivals are subject to approval and fees ($100 for 1-2 hours, $200 for 2-3 hours)
• Protection Program: All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, including verification and a signed rental agreement, choosing between a damage waiver or a security deposit
• Refunds: A 3.9% non-refundable processing fee applies per Stripe policy
