Both spaces are newly updated and full of personality. Sleeping arrangements include queen beds and versatile bunk beds, with the Carruthers living area featuring a very comfortable cabinet queen bed. For added luxury, the primary bedroom in Carruthers includes a private honeymoon deck with a plush outdoor couch.

Linens are available for $20 per person (excludes beach towels). The primary renter must be over 25 and provide government-issued photo ID, a $500 security deposit, and a signed rental agreement listing all occupants. Please note that this property uses monitoring devices for noise, temperature, and WiFi, and has an outdoor camera facing the parking lot. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
