This cozy home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a premier main-floor bedroom with a king bed and lake view, a second main-floor bedroom with a double bed, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a peaceful loft bedroom featuring a queen bed.

Inside, the cottage feels like a true home rather than a rental. The great room serves as the heart of the house, featuring an open kitchen with an island and a wood stove for cozy gatherings. A second living room boasts cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the lake into every moment, complemented by a gas fireplace for quiet evenings of board games and conversation. For families, a high chair is available on-site, and a pack and play can be provided upon request.

• Important: Approximately 70 stairs lead down to the breakwall
• Requirements: All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide government ID; primary renter must be 25+; $500 security deposit required
• Policies: Max occupancy of 8; no parties or large gatherings; property is equipped with monitoring devices for noise, temperature, and WiFi
