Important Guest Information: This mountain property operates on well water, which is safe for drinking. Cell phone service may be intermittent in this mountainous area, so we recommend downloading offline maps before arrival. The gas fireplace operates seasonally, typically shut off between March/April and October/November. During winter months, 4WD vehicles are required during snowstorms to navigate the driveway safely - no refunds are available for accessibility issues due to inadequate vehicles. Pets are welcome for dogs only with a $100 per stay fee and require approval for multiple pets. All amenities including the hot tub, fireplace, and fire pit are used at guests' own risk. Please note that mountain living includes occasional wildlife encounters and seasonal insects like ladybugs during fall/winter months. The property is regularly treated with pest control and professionally cleaned, though some critters may appear due to the natural forest setting.
