Practical Information & Rules:

• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a $100 per stay pet fee. Approval is required for more than one pet or pets other than dogs.
• Hot Tub: For human guests only; no animals or glass allowed. Please shower before use and keep it covered when not in use.
• Winter Travel: 4WD is required during snowstorms to navigate the driveway; no refunds are provided for vehicle incompatibility.
• Mountain Living: The cabin utilizes well water. Please be aware that cell service can be spotty—downloading offline maps is recommended. Guests should expect local wildlife and seasonal insects (such as ladybugs in Fall/Winter).
• Safety: The gas fireplace is typically shut off between March/April and October/November. Use of the home, fireplace, and hot tub is at the guest's own risk.
