Reservation Requirements

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 24 years of age. The reservation holder must occupy the home throughout the stay unless prior written approval has been granted by Flower Rentals. Within 72 hours of booking, all reservations must complete:

1. The Flower Rentals Rental Agreement
2. Our Guest Identification Verification

These requirements apply regardless of which booking platform was used. Failure to complete these items may result in cancellation of your reservation. These measures help protect both our guests and homeowners.

No Parties or Events: To comply with City regulations, large gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to: Parties, Weddings or receptions, Birthdays or anniversaries, Graduations or prom send-offs, Reunions, Corporate events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Any similar gathering.

The number of guests on the property may never exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the reservation.

Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your stay, removal from the property, and forfeiture of all rental payments.

Local Reservations: We generally do not accept reservations from local residents unless approved in advance. If you are a local guest, please contact us before booking and provide the reason for your stay.

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor activities must conclude by 10:00 PM in accordance with local regulations. Please respect our neighbors and community. The Las Vegas Strip is open for non-stop fun and activities.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free home and property. Thank you!

Security Cameras: For the security of our guests and homeowners, exterior security cameras are located:

1. At the front entry
2. Facing the driveway/garage area There are absolutely NO cameras inside the home. Your privacy is always respected.

Parking Driveway parking is available. Street parking is permitted where allowed. Garage parking is limited to three small vehicles.

Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome your furry family members! Maximum of 2 friendly dogs $100 per dog for the entire stay Please clean up after your pets at all times. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.

Departure Please enjoy your vacation! There is no need to strip the beds or wash linens before departure. Our professional housekeeping team will take care of everything.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
