Designed for those looking to break away from a busy lifestyle, this estate consists of the Greenknowes Farmhouse and Greenknowes Lodge. Together, they provide a generous layout with 9 bedrooms, 9 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.

The farmhouse is a hub of comfort, featuring a stunning living room with three comfy sofas and a roaring fireplace, a dedicated TV room with a full Sky Sports and Movies package, and a barroom equipped with a pool table, jukebox, and darts board. A beautiful conservatory with a hanging egg chair overlooks the garden. The lodge offers a more intimate setting with a stylish living room, its own fireplace, a cosy swing chair, and a flat-screen TV with a full Sky package.

Both properties include modern, fully equipped kitchens. The farmhouse kitchen adds the convenience of a dishwasher, while both spaces offer dining areas to bring guests together. The farmhouse features a dining table for 10 by a log-burning fire, a breakfast island for six, and a formal dining room for eight. The lodge provides a separate 4-person dining table.

Sleeping arrangements are meticulously planned: the farmhouse master suite boasts a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a marble ensuite with a jacuzzi bath. Additional farmhouse rooms include two king-size beds, two doubles, one twin, and one single. The lodge features a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a twin bed. Note that the lodge bedrooms have pitched roofs.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the estate, featuring three charming patios with al fresco dining and a BBQ. Guests can embrace the outdoors in one of two hot tubs, perfect for relaxing with a glass of prosecco regardless of the weather.

Located in Blairadam, the estate is a gateway to the Scottish highlands. It is a 30-minute drive to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Edinburgh Airport, and less than an hour from St Andrews, Dundee, Stirling, and Gleneagles. The famous Knockhill motor racing circuit is just 5 minutes away, and the historical capital of Dunfermline is a short 10-minute drive, offering access to Canmore Golf Club and Townhill Country Park.
