The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower, as well as a second bedroom equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a storage closet. For additional flexibility, a finished garage lounge provides a bonus sleeping area with a queen sofa bed.

The interior boasts a light-filled open-concept living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and a cozy living room with reclining leather sofa chairs. For those traveling for business or education, a work-from-home desk setup is available for remote work or mobile learning.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Seabreeze experience. Guests can enjoy a private propane BBQ grill and a private fire pit, as well as a shared backyard patio with an outdoor dining table and a second fire pit. • Parking: Two dedicated parking spots are provided. Note: A tree from adjacent McGee Park may seasonally release sap on vehicles; free street parking is available on the next street over as an alternative.
• Laundry: Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer
• Rules: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No smoking, parties, events, RVs, or trailers are permitted on the premises.
• Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and all guests must sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
• Pets: Pets are welcome with a non-refundable extra pet fee of $150 per pet.
• Optional Add-ons: Pack 'n Play ($35 + tax) or Pack 'n Play + High Chair ($55 + tax) setups are available.
