A $100 security hold is required at check-in. This is a non-smoking property (including balconies); designated smoking areas are provided. Pets are not permitted (except registered service animals), and violations will result in a $250 fee and immediate eviction. One parking pass is provided for this suite; however, trailers are strictly prohibited while motorcycles are allowed.
