• Rules: All rooms and balconies are non-smoking; guests may use designated smoking areas. All occupants must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Pets: Not permitted (except registered service animals with documentation). A $250 fee and immediate eviction apply for unauthorized pets.
• Parking: One parking pass provided for one-bedroom suites. No trailers allowed; motorcycles are permitted.
• Security: A $100 security hold is required at check-in.
• Hurricane Policy: Refunds are only provided if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation. Otherwise, payments may be applied to another booking within one calendar year.
