This suite is located in the Palms Tower and is designed for comfort and convenience. The layout includes one bedroom with one bed, one full bathroom, and accommodates up to 6 guests. Guests can enjoy a galley kitchen equipped with a stove, compact refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware and utensils. A highlight of the space is the private ocean view balcony, where you can take in the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Please note that while this unit offers some disability features, it is individually owned and not fully ADA compliant.

While the unit provides a cozy home base, the resort offers an abundance of activities and facilities to enhance your stay:

• Rules: All rooms and balconies are non-smoking; guests may use designated smoking areas. All occupants must be at least 21 years of age or accompanied by a guardian.
• Pets: Not permitted (except registered service animals); unauthorized pets result in a $250 fee and immediate eviction.
• Parking: One parking pass provided; no trailers allowed (motorcycles are permitted).
• Security: A $100 security hold is required at check-in.
