The bunk room is a special highlight, featuring two sets of custom made triple bunk beds, two Big Joe bean bag chairs for gaming, and its own ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The first level also provides a second den with a sleeper sofa and large HD Smart TV, creating a perfect spot for the kids to relax after a day in the sun.

The second floor boasts an open living floor plan where guests can gather in the living room or dining area, which accommodates 11 people. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a chef's quality Wolf gas range. This level also provides easy access to both the front and back decks. For a truly private experience, the top floor is dedicated to the Primary King Suite. This wonderful escape includes a king bed, a sitting area with a large HD Smart TV, a desk with a printer, and a private balcony. The primary bathroom offers a luxury experience with a large soaking tub, his-and-hers vanities, a private water closet, and a wonderful walk-in shower. This suite also provides direct access to the rooftop deck, ideal for enjoying spectacular morning sunrises and evening breezes.
