• Age Requirement: All occupants must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Security Deposit: A $100 security hold is required at check-in
• Parking: One parking pass is provided for one-bedroom suites; motorcycles are allowed, but trailers are prohibited
• Hurricane Policy: Refunds are only offered if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation of the resort's zone
