• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (via the front desk)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not permitted (except registered service animals with documentation). A $250 fee and immediate eviction apply for unauthorized pets.
• Smoking: All rooms and balconies are non-smoking; please use designated areas.
• Parking: One parking pass provided; no trailers allowed (motorcycles are permitted).
• Age Requirement: All occupants must be 21 or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Security: A $100 security hold is required at check-in.
• Hurricane Policy: Refunds are only issued if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation. Otherwise, payments may be applied to a future booking within one calendar year.
