Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM via the front desk, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. All occupants must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian. A $100 security hold is required at check-in. Please note that all rooms and balconies are strictly non-smoking, and pets are not permitted (except registered service animals), with violations resulting in a $250 fee and immediate eviction. Guests receive two parking passes for this three-bedroom condo; however, trailers are not allowed, though motorcycles are permitted.
