Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM via the front desk, with check-out by 11:00 AM. All occupants must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian. A $100 security hold is required at check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and on balconies; please use designated smoking areas. Pets are not permitted (except registered service animals), and violations will result in a $250 fee and immediate eviction. Two parking passes are provided for this two-bedroom unit, though trailers are not allowed.
