The galley kitchen is well-appointed for your stay, featuring a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware and utensils. • Policies: All rooms and balconies are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted (except registered service animals); unauthorized pets result in a $250 fee and immediate eviction.
• Requirements: All occupants must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a guardian. A $100 security hold is required at check-in.
• Parking: One parking pass is provided for this suite. No trailers allowed; motorcycles are permitted.
