Please note that all rooms and balconies are strictly non-smoking; however, designated smoking areas are available. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals with documentation; unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee and immediate eviction without refund. Parking is provided for cars and motorcycles, but trailers are not allowed. Regarding our hurricane policy, refunds are only issued if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation of the resort zone; otherwise, payments may be applied to a future booking within one calendar year.
