This inviting residence features 2 bedrooms with a total of 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include inviting Queen beds, a cozy Double bed, and a sofa bed for extra guests, ensuring everyone has a place to relax.

While the suite is designed for maximum relaxation, it is equipped with practical features to make your stay seamless:

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and a coffee maker with complimentary instant coffee
• Living room for shared family time
• Sleek bathroom including a hairdryer
• Complimentary instant coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil

Located in a convenient area of Vancouver, the suite is situated close to the SkyTrain and T&T Supermarket, making it easy to explore the city or stock up on local favorites. Whether you are visiting for leisure or a special event, the neighborhood provides a balanced blend of accessibility and tranquility.

To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and a pleasant experience for all, we maintain several house rules. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that we cannot accommodate reservations made by guests under the age of 25. The property is strictly smoke-free (including e-cigarettes, marijuana, and tobacco), and illegal drugs, parties, or gatherings are not permitted. To keep the environment spotless, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing shoes inside. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Pets are not allowed, though service dogs may be accommodated if notified in advance. Additional options include early check-in at 1:00 PM for 50 CAD or a late check-out until noon for 50 CAD, both subject to availability. A baby crib is also available for 50 CAD per stay when requested three days prior to arrival.
