You will be required to comply with local regulations on a contract like this: Please read your Vacation Rental Agreement carefully before you begin your vacation. Any money received for occupancy of the Vacation Property indicates the full acceptance of the terms of our Vacation Rental Agreement. All policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all guests and members of their party to be familiar with all rental policies.
RENTER REQUIREMENTS: For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered the Guest's invitees, and all discussions regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees.
As a condition to the rental of all Vacation Properties, Luxevaca reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any uncovered Guest/Invitee-caused losses and damages sustained to the Vacation Property throughout their period of occupancy. In the event of any uncovered Guest/Invitee-caused loss or damage to the Vacation Property, including, but not limited to, parking violations (street parking is against the rules), extra trash not properly located in cans, noise violations after quiet hours, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls, service charges, fines/assessments, repairs or replacements, plus all applicable taxes, Luxevaca is hereby granted the right to charge the Guest's credit card. An itemized statement outlining all associated costs will be sent via regular or electronic mail to the address submitted by the Guest when the reservation was booked. By written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, the Guest agrees to pay for all such charges, as defined above and on the proceeding pages.
Please Note Inevitable Damages: The damaged property is part of the facts of life for vacation property owners. Under normal conditions of use, especially during heavy rental seasons, items wear out or get accidentally broken. Usually, these are small, relatively inexpensive items like remote controls, plates, or an occasional lamp. When such inconsequential items are damaged, it’s usually not a big deal to replace them between guest departures and arrivals. Accidental Damage: If items in the home are accidentally damaged during your stay, Luxevaca will pay to replace or repair damages within your coverage, depending on the damage protection requested.
You agree to comply with local ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to the following:
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced from Nine to eight Am. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum during these times to respect our neighbors and other guests.
Parking: Each listing has specific parking regulations. Please follow the parking guidelines in your listing description, which usually accommodate between two and four cars.
Trash Disposal: Properly dispose of trash according to the guidelines provided. Violations may result in additional fees and penalties. Be aware of local wildlife and take necessary precautions to ensure safety and prevent incidents such as car intrusions or house break-ins:
Secure Property: Always lock doors and windows, especially on lower levels. Bears and other wildlife may attempt to enter if windows are left open.
Trash Management: Properly dispose of trash in designated containers and secure lids tightly to prevent attracting wildlife.
Food Storage: Avoid leaving food or garbage outside, as it can attract wildlife to the property.
Additional Services: Our homes do not have built-in air conditioning. However, upon request, we provide portable AC units, cribs, pack-and-plays, and high chairs. Don't hesitate to contact us in advance for these requests, as these items are not kept on site. Pool can be heated but it is an extra 100 dollars per day to heat the pool and please request in advance .
