The second bedroom is perfectly suited for families, featuring one queen bed and one bunk bed, located conveniently near the recently renovated bathroom.

Inside, the fully-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded cabinets and modern appliances, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals. For those traveling with little ones, a pack n play is available to make your stay even more convenient. Guests can start their day with coffee while soaking in the sunrise over the Atlantic or unwind in the evening with a cocktail while watching the sunset from the comfort of the balcony.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the resort complex provides a comprehensive lifestyle experience. Guests have access to a brand new saltwater covered pool (open all year round and heated depending on weather), an outdoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with cardio machines, exercise equipment, and a sauna. Additional community features include a business center, putting green, pickleball and basketball courts, a new playground, and outdoor charcoal grilling areas for family barbecues.

Located on North Topsail Island, the property is close to local dining including the Ocean Edge Restaurant and Aarrr Pirate Bar & Grill.

Additional rules

 Guests will be in direct contact with Seashore Realty Group prior to and during their stay.

  Vacation Rental Damage Deposit Waiver Fee (“ADW”) – The ADW is a non-refundable fee included on all reservations to waive payment of the security/damage deposit and cover (up to $1500) any accidental damage to the premises. Any intentional abuse or damage by you or your guest and any damages exceeding $1500 will be charged to you via invoice or the credit card on file for the reservation.

 Rental Agreement – SeaShore will contact guests after booking to sign the SeaShore Vacation Rental Agreement which supersedes any 3rd party agreements.

 Non-Compliance with rules and regulations as stated in the SeaShore Vacation Rental Agreement or as posted on the premises will be subject to additional charges

 Housekeeping – Upon arrival, the premises will be clean. Dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap are not provided. Daily maid service is not offered.

 Linens (sheets and towels) are not included, please contact us for bed sizes or if you wish to purchase the linen package  (beds are unmade, linen package delivered on day of arrival and picked up on day of departure). Pillows and comforters included.

 Non-Smoking – All properties managed by SeaShore Realty Group are non-smoking on the interior of the premises. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. If it is determined that the guest has smoked inside the premises the guest will be charged a minimum $500 fine and may be subject to immediate eviction from the premises without any refund due.

 Check-in and Check-out – Check-in time is no earlier than 4PM ET on the day of arrival unless an earlier check-in time has been included in your reservation and paid for in advance. Check-out time is no later than 10 AM ET on departure day.  Failure to depart by 10 AM without written approval from SSRG will result in a $200 per hour fee.

 Pets – if the property is pet friendly a non-refundable fee of $250+tax (per pet) must be paid to SeaShore prior to arrival.  Contact our office for specific pet restrictions and to sign the pet rider

Guest must be 23 years of age or older to rent the premises and provide proof of age if requested.
Illegal substances and activity strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate eviction.
No Events – The premises has a maximum occupancy of guests. Any special events, parties, or otherwise that would cause the occupancy limit to be exceeded shall require prior approval in writing by SeaShore.
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation. In the event that a mandatory Hurricane Evacuation is ordered, that could impact your vacation, in the absence of this travel protection, you are not entitled to a refund/reschedule of ANY type.
