Known as the "Nightingale of the Americas," Vargas's legacy is preserved throughout this former boutique hotel, blending old-world charm with sophisticated modern comforts and breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

This expansive estate is designed to accommodate up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The main house features 5 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom; four of these rooms offer king beds, while the fifth provides two queen beds. Every bathroom is uniquely decorated with authentic Mexican tiles and updated fixtures. For additional privacy, a separate casita in the courtyard provides a loft-style bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, a small desk, a living room with TV, and a compact kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven.

The interior is designed for entertainment and relaxation. An expansive living room spans the length of the home, complemented by a separate TV room featuring lounge seating, a piano, and a grand bar. Guests can immerse themselves in the rich cultural history of Mexico through captivating memorabilia and original artwork reflecting the Pedro Vargas era.
