The layout features 10 bedrooms and 10 beds across the first floor, including eight doubles and two twins, with 6 bathrooms to serve the group. For ultimate comfort, three of the main bedrooms are furnished with super king-size beds. The master and green rooms occupy coveted south-facing positions with expansive vistas of the River Tay and large en-suite bathrooms, while the master suite further indulges guests with its own private drawing room. Several bathrooms feature roll-top baths strategically placed to allow guests to soak in the scenery.

Inside, the home is defined by luxury and space. A grand hallway with an elegant double staircase leads to a palatial drawing room, a well-appointed library, and a dining room that seats up to 32 guests and houses a grand piano. The spacious kitchen is outfitted for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings.
