No parties or groups other than the number and ages listed at reservation We do not rent to groups of young adults. We specialize in family or business rental. You must be at least 25 years old to rent and the majority of your group must be over 25, or children. Park in the 2 spaces provided in the garage or in driveway. No parking on the. streets or on the yard or lawns. Talk to owners about specifics if more parking is needed. There will be enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. stocked for a 2-3 days, depending on the size of your group.You may need to bring those items with you if you plan a longer stay. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your stay. If there is a washer and dryer, they are available for your use, however detergent may not be provided. Check out list must be followed including: Dishes cleaned and basic counter top wipe up ALL Garbage disposed out of home ANY moved furniture replaced to original location You will be charged to replace any furniture that is damaged. It is very difficult and for some things impossible to get repairmen to the remote location. If any Bedding, Sheets, rags, Towels or any other item in the home is found missing after you leave you will be charged the cost of replacement. Pelase dont steal and leave our stuff in the home. If you do not follow the Spa Rules - Listed at the property and the guidebook - we will charge you an additional $100. It is VERY expensive to maintain a spa if you do not follow the rules.
