The home features a thoughtful layout with one bedroom and one bathroom. To maximize the space, the unit boasts lofted ceilings and abundant natural light that creates a bright, airy atmosphere. The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility, featuring a king size bed in a separate bedroom for privacy, a queen size bed nestled in the lofted area above the kitchen, and a queen size pullout memory foam sofa sleeper in the living area. While the unit is configured for comfort, please note that the maximum occupancy is 3 guests.

Location is everything here. You are just a short walk from the beach, the iconic boardwalk, and the Virginia Beach Sports Center. The surrounding VIBE Creative District is a hub of activity, known for its phenomenal restaurants, cozy cafes, lively breweries, and an incredible community environment. For those visiting during the summer, the Old Beach Farmers Market is just a short stroll away every Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you on your trip. Parking is provided for one vehicle onsite per reservation; additional paid parking is available at the parking garage on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please be mindful of the following rules: guests must be 22 years or older to rent, and absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM per city ordinance. Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited on the property. No parties, celebrations, events, or retreats are allowed unless approved prior to booking. Please note that package deliveries cannot be guaranteed; we recommend using local Amazon Lockers or the post office. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated for a fee, with half-day options available for 50% of the nightly rate.
