• Noise Policy: Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM per city ordinance
• Restrictions: No smoking of any substances on the property. No parties, celebrations, or events are permitted unless approved prior to booking
• Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced; violation of any rules results in immediate departure
• Parking: One onsite space provided; additional paid parking is available in the garage on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street
• Logistics: Package deliveries cannot be guaranteed; please use local post offices or Amazon Lockers

Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated upon messaging, and fees may apply. Half-day options (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may be available for 50% of the nightly rate.
