The home is configured with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, including a versatile den, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom that can be configured with either a king bed or two twin beds, and a den featuring a queen sofa bed and ensuite access to the back patio and private hot tub.

As the largest unit in the complex, this 1,988 sq. ft. residence is designed for relaxation and utility. Guests can enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and the luxury of heated bathroom floors. The well-equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring a gas range, wine rack, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. For outdoor living, the property provides a front deck with a BBQ and a secluded back patio.

Location is key at Crystal Ridge #4. You are just a 5-minute walk from the ski trail leading to Blackcomb ski-in/ski-out access and the Blackcomb Gondola. For effortless exploration, the complimentary Upper Village shuttle stops directly outside the property.

Practical details include:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: One visitor parking pass is provided (subject to availability). A private garage is available, but it is strictly for ski, bike, and gear storage and is not suitable for vehicles.
• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a fee of $30 + tax per night, per pet. Two dog bowls and a dog blanket are provided.
• Additional Fees: Extra guest fee of $50 per night per person. Baby gear (Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates) is available for a nightly rental fee.
• Important Note: Air conditioning is not installed, as is common in Whistler; however, fans are provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
• Booking Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25.
