• Parking: Parking is limited. During peak seasons or specific blackout dates, the complex may limit parking to only one vehicle per unit. 2025 Blackout dates include May 22–25, June 14–July 26, August 28–September 1, and the Sunday of Schooner's LobsterFest. All additional vehicles must use public parking during these times.
