Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This private casita is designed for 2 guests and features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed located in an ocean-view loft. Please note that the loft is accessed via stairs or a ladder, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The unit includes 2 bathrooms: a private bathroom with an exterior entrance located just a few steps from the room (no hot water), and access to a shared main-floor bathroom in the Main Beach House which provides a hot-water shower.

Location & Neighborhood The property is situated in the authentic Nicaraguan coastal community of Playa Pochomil. Guests can walk directly from the gated property to the Pacific shoreline; while the immediate area is rocky and water shoes are recommended, a broad sandy beach is only a 3-minute walk to the left. The neighborhood offers a genuine local character where you may encounter fishing activity and local animals. Nearby, you will find beachfront restaurants and excellent surfing opportunities. Access is effortless via fully paved and well-maintained roads from Managua.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The property is fully gated with an on-site caretaker, Yerlin, and security cameras in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors only; smoking inside Casita 3 and the Main Beach House is strictly prohibited. Pets are welcome for a flat $40 fee per reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property; parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not allowed.
