For added convenience, one of the double bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Two additional bathrooms are available, with a shower on the ground floor and a bathtub on the first storey.

Be aware that there is a cat on the property, and the owner visits daily to feed it. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on site upon arrival; rates vary between 0.55€ and 2.2€ per night per guest depending on the season (guests under 16 are exempt). Personal information for the police registry must be submitted a few days prior to arrival.
