Outside, the property boasts a beautiful garden where lush greenery and lawns create a tranquil atmosphere. The true protagonist of the exterior is the superb salt water pool, measuring 9 x 4 metres with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 metres. This oasis is completed by four sun loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower. A great porch invites you to prepare a delicious barbecue and relax on the swinging sofa while admiring the surrounding landscape of fruit trees.

Inside, the building is highlighted by natural stone walls and eco-friendly solar panels. A spacious main room with a fireplace combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, allowing guests to stay together while preparing meals on the gas stove. For entertainment, the space includes satellite TV and a CD player. Practical additions include a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as two fans for the hottest days.

Located in the heart of the island, the property offers easy access to all major points. You can easily reach the paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, or Cala Sant Vicenç. The town of Búger provides local supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, while the lovely villages of Pollensa and Alcúdia are highly recommended for visitors.
