Located just one block away from the picturesque shores of Lake Michigan in Michigan City, Indiana, this magnificent stunning retreat offers unparalleled comfort and an unforgettable experience for up to 15 guests.
This three-story residence is thoughtfully configured with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, plus two additional sleeping areas to provide ample space for everyone. The first floor is a kids delight, featuring a TV room with a fold-out couch and a cozy game space with bunks. Two additional bedrooms on this level offer double-size bunk beds with double bed trundles. The second floor houses a gourmet kitchen and dining area that seats 10+, perfect for preparing meals with high-end appliances. This level also contains two more bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom.
Ascend to the third floor to find the highlight of the home: ‘The RoofTop Skybar’. Whether you are sipping cocktails under the starlit sky or hosting a lively gathering, these rooftop decks provide the perfect setting for cherished memories while listening to the waves crash on the beach.

We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between: Option 1: Damage Waiver ($45) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company. Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Items left behind can be shipped to you within a week after your departure with a $50 charge plus shipping fee. Undisclosed pets will result in $500 cleaning fee. Please make sure to include your pets in the reservation. No parties allowed in this unit we do have to be noise aware and ask that guests use good judgement and be kind neighbours. Please help by keeping quiet hours after 11PM.
If the hot tub was left very dirty and requires extra cleaning after your stay, an additional $150 cleaning fee will apply.
No smoking allowed on the property, $250 cleaning fee.
