Designed for families or groups, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and ample closet space. The second bedroom provides flexibility for groups with two double beds and additional closet space. For added comfort, the second bathroom includes a bathtub, while the home also features a modern walk-in shower.

The living space is defined by a bright, open layout filled with natural light, featuring a comfortable sofa, a dining bar, and a Smart TV. Guests can step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh air and city views. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary need, complete with a coffee machine and essential cookware.

Practical Information: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM via self check-in at the front desk. A one-time registration fee of $50 per guest or family member is required at the front desk upon arrival (spouses and minor children count as one guest). Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet, subject to weight and size restrictions.

House Rules: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drugs (including medical marijuana) are strictly prohibited; smoke odors will result in a $100 cleaning fee. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Guest visits are allowed from 8 AM to 11 PM; anyone staying past 11 PM must be registered. Please note there is an ongoing balcony restoration project with noise occurring Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
