Sleeping arrangements are spread across the upper and lower levels. The top level hosts the primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, a second guest room with a king bed and full-size futon, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a shared full bath with a tub. The lower level provides additional flexibility with a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed, and a versatile bonus room or office equipped with a full-size bunk bed, a queen designer fold-out futon, and a full-size designer fold-out futon. • Utilities: Includes a $350/month utility allowance; costs exceeding this are charged to the deposit.
• Compliance: Guests must follow all CC&R rules; fines will be deducted from the deposit. A pre-arrival form must be completed within 24 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
