Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out across two levels to accommodate up to 8 guests. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the second level, you will find the primary bedroom boasting a king bed and a private bathroom with a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower featuring dual showerheads. Two additional bedrooms on this floor each offer a queen bed and a TV, sharing a full guest bathroom. The ground floor includes a fourth bedroom with a king bed, though please note there is no clothing storage in this specific room, and it is served by a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The living spaces are designed for gathering and play. The ground floor features a kitchen and a dining area that seats six. For relaxation, there is a living room with a grand fireplace, TV, and a workstation, as well as a second living room equipped with a large sectional, gas fireplace, TV, and Xbox. Entertainment is center stage in the dedicated pool table room, which features a pool table/ping pong hybrid table.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The spacious back deck is an oasis for guests, featuring a hot tub that seats 2-4 people, a propane grill, and an outdoor dining area for six. Evenings can be spent around the outdoor gas fire pit with Adirondack seating for five, or enjoying a game of giant chess in the side yard.
