The heart of the home is an open floor plan where the living area and kitchen sit adjacent to one another. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary pots, pans, and silverware to prepare meals at home, with a dining table that seats four. Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that late check-outs require written approval; failure to vacate by 10:00 AM results in a fee of $100.00 per half hour. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and the seasonal pool is open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. A starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent) is provided. Guests are encouraged to use 4WD during winter conditions, as refunds are not provided for weather-related issues.
