Designed for relaxation and connection, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms and a small single bedroom. For added comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, while other rooms feature ceiling fans to keep the space cool during Mediterranean summers. A well-appointed bathroom serves the upper floor, which also leads to a rooftop terrace offering scenic views of the surrounding countryside.

The ground floor is designed for easy living, featuring a cozy living room and an open, modern kitchen with a dining area and a guest toilet. Outside, the courtyard is a true sanctuary, boasting a private 3 x 5 meter swimming pool complete with 4 sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy two covered terraces featuring a dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals. For your convenience, the house is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and pool and beach towels.

Located in the center of Mallorca, the house is situated within walking distance of a wide selection of local bars, restaurants, and shops. If you are looking to visit the coast, the northern beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro are approximately 25 minutes away by car, and Son Serra de Marina is about 20 minutes away.

House Rules: This accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Organizing loud parties or activities that disturb neighbors is strictly forbidden and may result in penalties ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 for professional events.
