This space flows seamlessly into a dining area that seats eight and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all technical amenities. • Use Policy: The accommodation is exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or activities that disturb neighbors or violate the law are strictly forbidden, with potential penalties ranging from €5,000 to €300,000 for professionally organized events.
• Additional Fees: Air conditioning (heating/cooling) is charged based on consumption with a €300 deposit. Heating costs apply from December to March at €25 per night (paid locally), with November and April available on request for €25 per night.
• Ecotasa: Travelers aged 16 and over will be charged €2.00 per person per night for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter (plus 10% VAT).
• Extras: Cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge upon request.
