This spacious two-storey residence is designed for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor features a cosy living room, a small bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen that brings Mallorcan cuisine to life with its large dining table and modern appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is an extra-large dining room, perfect for sharing meals with family and friends. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The upper floor houses the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for absolute privacy, alongside another bedroom featuring four single beds.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, with a wonderful covered terrace stretching almost around the entire house, providing comfortable seating and an area for al fresco dining. Barbecue lovers will appreciate the small barbecue house for preparing delicious dishes. The 10 x 5 meter swimming pool is surrounded by manicured lawns, complete with sun loungers and parasols for those looking to sunbathe and cool off.

Location & Neighborhood The property is located in Llubí, surrounded by rolling hills and unspoilt beauty. It is just a few minutes' drive from characteristic Mallorcan villages such as Llubi and Muro, where guests can find cozy bars, delicious restaurants, and convenient supermarkets. For those seeking the coast, the wide sandy beaches of Alcudia Bay are also within a short drive, offering crystal blue waters.

Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Main tenant must be at least 23 years old
• Pets are not allowed
• Deposit: €300 payable via bank transfer before arrival (refundable after stay if no defects are found)
• Electricity: Free in March, April, and May; otherwise, €15.00 per day payable in cash on arrival
• Ecotasa: Travelers over 16 are charged €2.00 per person/night for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT)
• Restrictions: Exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or illegal activities are strictly forbidden, with potential penalties ranging from €5,000 to €300,000.
