This layout ensures that guests enjoy their own private space while the open living areas keep everyone connected.

Inside, the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together seamlessly, anchored by a cozy fireplace for chilly nights. Modern comforts include in-floor radiant heat, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. For summer cooling, two efficient evaporative A/C units are located in the bedrooms. The home is also supplied by a private well with whole-home reverse-osmosis filtration for safe drinking water.

Step outside onto the wrap-around covered deck, a highlight of the property where you can lose track of time with morning coffee or a soak in the private hot tub overlooking the river. Guests have full access to the entire home, including the garage and direct access to the San Juan River, as well as a community fishing pond.
