• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside; violations incur a £200 charge.
• Guests: No overnight guests beyond those included in the booking. Unauthorised guests incur a £50 charge.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Other: Security call-outs are charged at £50 per instance. Please ensure all rubbish is cleared and the fridge is emptied upon departure to avoid extra cleaning fees.
