The first floor houses the remaining two bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and a private balcony with an en-suite bathtub, and a second bedroom equipped with two twin beds, a dresser, and a coat stand. A second bathtub bathroom serves the upper level.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The front porch is furnished with an exterior table and chairs, along with two beautiful armchairs perfect for morning coffee or reading. The side and back of the house feature an artificial lawn where children can play, while adults relax on a comfortable sofa and armchairs with an evening cocktail.
