One of these upstairs rooms provides direct access to a great terrace, offering a perfect vantage point to admire the peaceful atmosphere of the local streets. To ensure maximum comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with three featuring closets and one offering a dedicated dressing room.

At the heart of the home is a practical open-concept space combining the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. This air-conditioned hub features a ceramic hob, microwave, and coffee maker, alongside a washing machine and ironing facilities.
