Upstairs, you will find a second bathroom with a shower and four additional bedrooms: two featuring double beds, one with a single bed, and one with two single beds. To ensure a comfortable stay, the home is equipped with four fans, radiators, and air conditioning in the four upper bedrooms.

Outside, the property is designed for leisure and family bonding. A large salt swimming pool (8x3m) invites you to take a refreshing dip, while the terrace and sun loungers offer the perfect spot to relax with a book.
