Upstairs, you will find a large living-dining room complete with a piano and satellite TV, alongside two additional bedrooms both with double beds and a second bathroom with a shower. A pantry located under the stairs provides convenient access to a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The exterior is truly beautiful, highlighted by a wonderful 6m x 6m natural swimming pool. This chemical-free pool uses water movement for cleaning and is elevated and protected for the safety of children. Guests can lounge under the sun on four provided loungers or rinse off in the outdoor shower. The grounds are a living garden where you can pick fresh lemons, oranges, apricots, and plums directly from the trees, while free-roaming chickens and chicks provide charming company. An awning-covered terrace serves as the ideal spot for a BBQ with friends.

Located in the heart of the island, Porreres is a very authentic village surrounded by lush forests and countryside. The villa is just a few meters from the village center, meaning you can enjoy a family dinner in town and walk home without needing a car. For those seeking adventure, the area is perfect for cycling, horseback riding through Randa, or visiting the Sanctuary of Cura. The crystal-clear waters and fine sands of paradise beaches like Es Trenc and Playa des Carbó are approximately a 30-minute drive away in Colonia de Sant Jordi.
