Located on the upper floor, the home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The layout features one spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a cozy living and dining area equipped with a sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The interior includes a functional kitchen with an oven and fridge-freezer, a bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the property provides essential comforts for a complete stay:

• On-site parking directly at the house

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) provided they are communicated before arrival.

Additional fees payable at the holiday home include:

• Final Cleaning: € 40.00 per stay
• Pets: € 10 per pet, per night
• Tourist tax: € 2.70 per person, per night

Optional services available upon request include breakfast for € 10 per person per night and washing machine use for € 10 per wash. Bath towels and kitchen linen are provided.
